- To start looking into the update process of the master plan
- To continue to inform the neighborhood about the NCD design standards and strive to keep them

Lamar Volunteer Committee:
to provide mentors, volunteers, and continual support of our public neighborhood school.

Mahncke Park Events Committee:
includes the organization of the neighborhood picnic, National Night Out in October, Mahncke Park Home Tour, and annual Christmas Party.

Graffiti Committee:
to actively canvas and remove graffiti in cooperation with our SAFFE officer.

Zoning/NCD/Development Committee:
