In April 2009, approximately 25 Allensworth residents and others were provided a private tour of The Broadway condominium tower (aka "Earl Abel's Tower").

The 20 story tower includes 92 units; 32 have been sold, and completion is forecast for Spring 2010. The smallest units are 1262 sf and the largest are the four units on the top two floors with 5800 sf. Prices range from $495K to $3.9M.

Representatives of the developer (Koontz-McCombs) reported they are supporting efforts to remove the large billboard north of Hildebrand, located in the Wachovia Bank parking lot.
