Topic: Midtown Regional Center Plan
A representative from the City’s Planning Department will present on the Midtown Regional Center Plan adopted in 2019 by City Council. The plan includes Mahncke Park, Westfort Alliance, Uptown, 5 Points, and Tobin Hill neighborhoods. It describes this area as experiencing faster population growth than other parts of the city in recent years following a decade of population loss. The Plan’s focus includes land use, mobility, infrastructure, housing, and economic development.
